James Tsavaris

James Tsavaris joined Pomona Capital in 2024, where he focuses on capital markets activities and optimizing the firm’s middle office capabilities. He has seven years of experience in private equity. Before joining Pomona, James held several roles at HarbourVest, including a position on the Secondaries Portfolio Operations team. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Capital Markets. Prior to that, he was a Treasury Analyst at Virtu Financial (formerly KCG Holdings), where he was responsible for assessing and reporting the firm’s liquidity, funding, and capital positions. James earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Sacred Heart University in 2011 and an MBA from Boston College in 2021.
